Our Kinesiologists can help with not only rehabilitation, but so much more
A Kinesiologist is a movement specialist who uses evidence based research to help improve health, performance and overall well being. Kinesiologists have a deep understanding of anatomy, biomechanics and physical conditioning. Our Kinesiologists work with clients of all abilities to create customized programs tailored to their specific needs. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition or working towards a specific fitness goal, our Kinesiologists will provide you with evidence based support to help you move safely and effectively.
We also offer tandem kinesiology sessions, if you have a partner or friend who you would like to come to our studio with, this can be accommodated even if you both have different goals and abilities.
ICBC KINESIOLOGY
If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, we can help. Our Kinesiologists and Athletic Therapists will take you through an appropriate treatment plan focused on rehabilitation and improving your strength, mobility and posture.
Once you have your claim number, you will start with an initial assessment and then we book you in for your follow-up treatments. We bill ICBC directly for all the sessions. Our goal is to get you back to your regular day-to-day activities feeling confident and pain-free.
What Do Our Kinesiologists Do?

Functional Movement Assessment
Our Kinesiologists will use movement analysis to identify any muscle imbalances, weaknesses or restrictions that may be contributing to pain, injury or decreased performance. They will educate and prescribe appropriate exercises to address specific concerns and help support you through efficient, pain free movement.

Exercise Prescription and Rehabilitation
Our Kinesiologists develop personalized programs to help individuals recover from injury, manage chronic conditions or improve strength and mobility. They will educate and guide you through each exercise to ensure you are moving safely and effectively. Our Kinesologists can also create a take home program tailored specifically to you and can be adapted to any equipment you may have access to.

Improve Your Overall Health
Beyond rehabilitation, our Kinesiologists play a proactive role in preventing injuries and improving quality of life. They work with individuals and groups to promote healthy movement habits, reduce risk factors and enhance physical performance. Whether you are an athlete, office worker or older adult, our Kinesiologists can help support a more active and independent lifestyle.
