Personal Trainer

Growing up here on Vancouver Island, I have always had an active lifestyle and enjoy hiking, camping, kayaking, and skiing. I also have participated in team sports for over 15 years, playing softball and hockey at competitive levels.

During my time playing these sports, I participated in dry land training. This led to my focus and love of strength training. After I completed my Exercise and Wellness Diploma at Camosun College in 2018, I realized the importance of nutrition for optimal athletic performance. Balancing your diet with your fitness program is a critical component to your success.

With my new interest being in nutritional science, I completed my Exercise Nutrition Certificate through Precision Nutrition and am in my 4th year of the Dietetics program at the University of British Columbia, in the pursuit of becoming a registered Dietitian. I love helping my clients reach their goals with a well-rounded wellness program in both personal training and nutrition.
